The GLOW Acne Clear Skin Protocol combines Crush, Drench, Ravish, Sin, Shade, Expose, Reveal, Tease and Siren in a simple morning and evening routine to clear breakouts, fade post-acne marks and keep skin calm and balanced.
Short on time? Start with the essentials: Crush, Drench, Expose and Shade.
Acne is one of the most common skin conditions, affecting teenagers and adults alike. It develops when excess oil (sebum) and dead skin cells block the pores, creating an environment where acne-causing bacteria multiply and trigger inflammation. The result is blackheads, whiteheads, red spots and, often, dark post-acne marks that linger long after a breakout heals. Hormones, stress, diet, harsh products and a disrupted skin barrier can all make acne worse.
Clear skin comes down to four things:
For severe, painful or cystic acne, please also consult your dermatologist or doctor.

Five steps in the morning. Five steps at night. One goal: clear, calm, even skin.
Breakout-prone skin does best with a consistent routine.
☀ MORNING ROUTINE — cleanse, hydrate and protect
☾ EVENING ROUTINE — cleanse, clarify and renew
New to retinol? Start with one evening a week and build up gradually. Avoid retinol during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Keep it consistent: cleanse, hydrate and protect in the morning; cleanse, treat and renew at night. The GLOW Acne Clear Skin Protocol does exactly that, alternating Expose and Reveal in the evening, and never using Tease on an Expose night.
Dark marks left after a breakout (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) fade faster with targeted brightening actives and daily sun protection. Reveal combines tranexamic acid, alpha-arbutin, glutathione and niacinamide to fade marks overnight, Ravish adds vitamin C by day, and Shade SPF50 stops UV from darkening them again.
Yes. Skipping hydration can dehydrate the skin and trigger even more oil production, and acne treatments like retinol dry the skin further. Drench adds lightweight hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 without residue, and Ravish calms with manuka honey without feeling heavy.
Yes — retinol is one of the best-studied ingredients for breakout-prone skin because it speeds up cell turnover and helps keep pores clear. Expose contains retinol with exosomes and snail mucin to support the skin while it adjusts. Build up gradually from one night a week and always use SPF in the morning.
UV light darkens post-acne marks and makes them last much longer, and retinol makes skin more sun-sensitive. Shade Bioshield Cellular Defense SPF50 is an ultra-lightweight mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide that suits breakout-prone skin.
Skin often feels calmer within the first two weeks. Because skin renews itself roughly every four weeks, visible improvement in breakouts usually takes six to eight weeks, and post-acne marks continue to fade after that. Some temporary purging in the first weeks of retinol is normal.
