Treated skin needs calm, hydration and protection. The GLOW Medical Aesthetic Protocol pairs Exhale, Drench, Thirst, Nectar, Crave, Lust, Sin and Shade in short day and night steps after microneedling, peels, laser and injectables.
Short on time? Start with the essentials: Exhale, Drench, Nectar and Shade.
Medical aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, Morpheus8, chemical peels, laser and injectables work by creating a controlled response in the skin. In the days that follow, skin often feels warm, tight, dry and more sensitive than usual, and the skin barrier needs support while it recovers.
What you apply at home in this window matters. Harsh cleansers, strong actives and sun exposure can prolong redness and irritation, while gentle, barrier-friendly care helps skin settle and helps you get the most from your treatment.
Good post-treatment care comes down to four things:
The GLOW Medical Aesthetic Protocol was created for clients of medical aesthetic clinics. Always follow the specific aftercare instructions from your practitioner, and avoid retinol, acids and exfoliants until your clinic says your skin is ready.

Five steps in the morning. Five steps at night. One goal: calm, comfortable, recovering skin.
MORNING ROUTINE — cleanse, calm and protect
EVENING ROUTINE — cleanse, recover and restore
Had a lip or lip filler treatment? Add LUST Advanced Lip Recovery Complex morning and night: caviar, hyaluronic acid, manuka honey, ceramides and arnica oil help soothe and moisturise lips during recovery.
Follow the protocol for as long as your practitioner advises. Once your clinic confirms your skin has recovered, move on to the GLOW protocol for your skin goal — Anti-Aging, Acne, Pigmentation or Rosacea.

Keep it gentle and simple: cleanse, calm, hydrate and protect in the morning; cleanse, recover and restore at night. The GLOW Medical Aesthetic Protocol does exactly that in five steps morning and evening. Always follow your practitioner’s specific aftercare instructions.
It depends on the treatment and on your skin, so always follow the timing your practitioner gives you. Once your clinic gives the go-ahead, start with the basics — gentle cleansing with Exhale, hydration with Drench and daily protection with Shade SPF50 — then add the rest of the protocol as your skin settles.
Not straight away. Retinol, exfoliating acids and scrubs can irritate freshly treated skin, so avoid them until your practitioner confirms your skin has recovered. That is why the Medical Aesthetic Protocol focuses on calming, hydrating and recovery ingredients such as ceramides, hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica, polynucleotides and NAD+.
Lust Advanced Lip Recovery Complex was created for lip aftercare. Caviar, hyaluronic acid, manuka honey, ceramides and arnica oil help soothe, moisturise and comfort lips during the post-injection recovery phase. Apply morning and night, and follow your injector’s advice.
Freshly treated skin is more sensitive to UV, and sun exposure can lead to irritation and uneven pigmentation. Apply Shade Bioshield Cellular Defense SPF50 every morning, reapply when outdoors, and avoid direct sun and tanning while your skin recovers.
Yes. Crave NeoDerm Recovery Mask is suitable for use alongside LED light therapy, which makes it a natural fit for in-clinic and at-home recovery routines. Ask your clinic how they recommend combining the two for your treatment.
