Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on glowintelligentskincare.nl. Seller: Glow Intelligent Skincare, Willem Parelstraat 332, 1018 KZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact: michelle@glowintelligentskincare.com.

Orders and prices: all prices are shown in euros. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get our confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Shipping: Netherlands €7.45 (1-2 business days). United Kingdom €20.00 (2-4 business days); the carrier may charge UK import VAT or handling fees on delivery. United States €32.00 (5-10 business days), import duties included. Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Spain €30.00 (3-5 business days). Collection subscriptions include shipping. You can also collect your order free of charge at our Amsterdam spa. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships.

Subscriptions: collection subscriptions are billed through Stripe every 8 weeks at subscriber pricing, shipping included, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time via Manage my subscription at the bottom of every page; cancellation takes effect before your next billing date.

Using our products: our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the directions on each product, patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs. Our website content is for information only and is not medical advice.

Liability: we are not liable for indirect loss or for results of use that does not follow the product directions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
